What can you return?

Hexagon medal holders without personalisation can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products made especially for you, such as a PR board with your times or a frame with your name, race and time, cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How it works

1. Report your return within 14 days to [To be completed: email address] with your order number, or use the model form on the right of withdrawal page.
2. Send the product back undamaged and well packed within 14 days of your notification to [To be completed: address].
3. We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification once we have received the product.

The cost of sending the product back is for your account.

Did your product arrive damaged or is something wrong? Email us a photo within a few days and we will sort it out.
