14 days to change your mind

If you buy a product without personalisation, such as a hexagon medal holder, you may cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. During this period, handle the product and packaging with care.

Exception: personalised products

Under Dutch law (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications. This applies to the PR board with your name and times, the map frame and the relief frame. This is also stated on the product page and during checkout.
